Have you ever heard that saying…Tit for Tat. Well basically it means an eye for an eye, retaliation or if you do not want to comply with me i wont comply with you. Honestly i think this is a sad situation that many of us tend to find ourselves in. It is completely childish and against how we as Muslims and human beings should act.

The most simplest way to simplify these two words Tit for Tat. well i believe we should look at it in a religious because faith is universal and many things are based on faith.

For one as a Muslim Islam is a divine religion and guides individuals in all fields. The essence of Islamic teachings is that all human beings are equal to Allah and that there are no distinctions among anyone.

In fact the Islamic concept of brotherhood and equality are based on two important principals. 1) belief in Allah (God) and 2) believing that he is the master of the whole universe

So why am i saying all this well basically we are human beings and Allah has made us equal, with true faith in Allah’s mercy and justice we would never retaliate in such a way as to harm others just because they have harmed us.

So if someone harms you what will you do? many of us will want to seek revenge. But is this Islam is this Allah would want from us?

Allah is the only one who grants mercy or punishment. Think about the many times when we have sinned when we have harmed ourselves, our souls with the things we do and consume what does Allah do? Allah forgives us. So remember as quickly as we would want Allah to forgive us try and implement that in your life as well.

Tit for Tat. I believe this is for small children. so stop throwing your toys out of the cote.
